Exit Clean Fee Booking Deposit Security Deposit Optional Central Heating offered during winter	$150 Australian Dollars (Please Note: If Sofa bed/s are used a further $50 AUD fee will apply) $300 Australian Dollars per week rented(This amount is deducted off the final balance)       Credit Card inprint required.   $100 Australian Dollars per week
Smoking Not Permitted. Not suitable for Children under the age of 8 years. Not suitable for Pets.

All Currency is quoted in Australian Dollar (AUD).
The house is rented out weekly. 
The weekly change over day falls on a Saturday.
(You are renting from Saturday - Saturday)

 

Security deposit :
Credit Card imprint is required, along with identification (passport or drivers license)

 

Full and final payment:
Full and Final booking payment is due 8 weeks prior to booking date.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of holiday date are payable in full including security deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

 Booking deposit is non refundable.

Rental payment is non refundable on cancellations made within 8 weeks of booking date.

** If My Little French House is not rented out the week prior to your arrival, earlier check in is definitely possible.

Please advise at the time of booking if you would require an earlier check in and I will try my best to accommodate.
