Smoking Not Permitted. Not suitable for Children under the age of 8 years. Not suitable for Pets.

The house is rented out weekly. 
The weekly change over day falls on a Saturday.

Full and final payment:
Full and Final booking payment is due 6 weeks prior to booking date.

Bookings made within 6 weeks of holiday date are payable in full including security deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

 Booking deposit is non refundable.

Rental payment is non refundable on cancellations made within 6 weeks of booking date.

** If My Little French House is not rented out the week prior to your arrival, earlier check in is definitely possible.
